Sunday is Earth Day! Even though it’s always important to be conscious of our environment, it never hurts to have a day dedicated to it.
This year, we’re looking at Earth Day as the day to start your fight against e-waste. In 2009, 90 percent of replaced cell phones were improperly disposed of, leading to 100,000 tons of e-waste. This video tells you more about the e-waste problem:
So this Earth Day, do your part to reduce e-waste by properly recycling your old or unused electronics. You can sell them to us for extra cash or donate them to a worthy cause. Whatever you do, just make sure you’re doing your part to help our environment!
